B: Back Squat (5-5-5)
Custom Metcon
C: Custom Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
1 Back Squat (135/95 lbs)
2 Pull-Ups
3 Back Squat
4 Pull-Ups
5 Back Squat
6 Pull-Ups
…and so on, following the pattern.
* Squats must come from the floor.
