If you choose, please take this opportunity to make up a workout / lift that you missed in the recent past. This will be contingent on the coach’s ability to run the clock against the class, equipment availability, and space for regularly scheduled class.

Custom Metcon

D: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, alternating movements throughout, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

40 Double-Unders

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

15 Goblet Squats (plate @ 35/25lbs)

10 Pull Ups

5 Atomic Situps (35/25 lbs)

Partner A starts with 40 double-unders, Partner B then performs 20 wall ball shots, Partner A then performs 15 kettlebell swings, Partner B does 10 Pullups, Partner A does 5 Atomic Situps, then Partner B does 40 double-unders…and so on.
