Warm-up
A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)
10 Minutes
Weightlifting
B: “Pick your Poison” (1-1-1)
Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.
C: Metcon (Time)
In teams of 2 complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps each* of:
Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)
Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
Knee to Elbow
* Athletes work one at a time, alternating after each round.
~ Partner A will do 10 snatches, 10 Box Jump Overs, and 10 Knees to Elbow. Partner B will then do 10 of each movement. Partner A will then do 9 of each, then Partner B does 9 of each and so on…
