200M Run

15 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

10 Hang Power Clean (95/65)

*** REST 2 Minutes ***

Then, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

30 Double Unders

15 Wallballs (20/14 lbs)

5 Single DB Devil’s Press (50/35 lbs)

*Score will be total reps for section 1 and 2 combined
