Superbowl Smash Fest

In teams of two, with partners alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in each “quarter” of the game.

‘1st Quarter’

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;

12 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

6 Hand Release Pushups

3 Burpees

‘2nd Quarter’

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

25 Double Unders (3 to 1 singles)

10 Squats

5 Pull Ups

‘HALFTIME’ – Rest for 3 mintues

‘3rd Quarter’

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;

10 KB / DB Snatch

15 Box Jumps (20)

‘4th Quarter’

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;

15 AbMat situps

10 KB Swings

5 Goblet Squats
Each Quarter will last 6 minutes and there will be a 3 minute ‘halftime”
