Road blocks:

*Row 1984 meters

*5 200 meter partner carries

*9 rope climbs

*31 partner wall ball situps 20#
The workout is scored on how many rounds a reps you complete of the 5/9/31 triplet of PC/burpee/DU. Partners can split the work however they’d like. The road blocks have to be completed per team not individual. The road blocks can be done at anytime, any order, any interval, and split by partners how ever teams see fit. When possible, one partner can work on a road block while the other partner is working towards another road block or the triplet. Each team gets one bar, therefore, both partners cannot be working towards the triplet at the same time. All road blocks must be completed within the 31 minutes to have a valid score. If any road blocks are not completed your score is invalid.
