3 minutes of max Hang Power Cleans (75/55 lbs)

3 minutes of max AbMat Situps

3 minutes of HR Push Ups

—Rest 2 minutes —

4 minutes of max Burpee toe 2 bar

4 minutes of max Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

4 minutes of max Deadlift (75/55 lbs)

4 minutes of max 100m sprints (completed rounds only)
