CrossFit PPG – CrossFit

Teams of 4 will work to complete the following:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner A – Max KBS (53/35)

Partner B – Max AbMat Sit-ups

Partner C – Max Air Squats

Partner D – Max Pull-ups

Each partner in the team works to complete as many reps as possible within the minute. Every minute on the minute, athletes rotate. 4 minutes on / 1 minute rest for a total of 3 rounds.

Rest 3 minutes then:

Metcon (Time)

As a team, complete the following:

200 Wall Ball (20/14)

150 Toes to Bar

100 Burpees

Partner A – Working

Partner B – Wall Sit or Plank Hold

Partner C – 200m Run *

Partner D – Rest

* Running Partner C determines when the team will switch positions.
