In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate tasks to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

8 Burpees

12 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

16 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

32 Double Unders (x2 scaled)

200 Meter Run
*For every round completed, the returning runner must complete a wall walk prior to starting his/her wall balls. This may be done while the other partner is doing burpees.
