Warm up to a heavy set of three and then every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, complete 3 snatches at 70% of your 1 Rep Max.

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

8 Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)

10 Burpees
