CrossFit PPG – CrossFit

This week I have listed two (2) different Open WODS to choose from. My goal in programming is always to be all inclusive and to cater to all fitness levels, age groups, and the reason for you being here. Whether you are here to be healthy, happy, and sustain a high quality of life long term and to just break a sweat or your goal is to obtain a competitive level of fitness and seek constant improvement; I want to help you achieve that. You may choose one or the other today as one of the workouts is a little more advanced and requires certain strengths in gymnastic skills which isn’t for everyone.

C: CrossFit Games Open 11.4 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10-Minute AMRAP of:
60 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats, 120# / 90#
10 Muscle-Ups

D: CrossFit Games Open 13.2 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead 115# / 75#
10 Deadlifts 115# / 75#
15 Box Jumps 24″ / 20″
