In teams of 2, complete the following for time;

i. Alternating full rounds, complete 7 rounds each of;

7 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

7 Pull Ups

***REST 3 Minutes***

ii. Partners will then alternate full rounds to complete 7 rounds each of;

7 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)

7 DB (pair) Shoulder to OH*

7 Sit Ups

*Choose a weight that will challenge you to go unbroken across the 7 rounds
Rx+ ~ 115/75lb Barbell & Chest to Bar Pullups

50/35lb DB’s
