In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete the following for reps;

i. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;

10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

Rest 2 minutes

ii. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;

5 Single DB Devil’s Press (50/35 lbs)

10 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes

iii. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;

5 Pull Ups

10 Hand Release Push Ups
