Every minute on the minute for 18 minutes, move through the following stations for max reps/calories of;
Minute 1 – Row Sprint x 30 seconds for calories (count ends at 30s, no rollover)
Minute 2 – Snatch for 30 seconds (75% of Part B)
Minute 3 – Max Double Unders for 30 seconds
You will pass through each station 6 times. Score is total reps for each movement (3 scores)
