Station 1 – 25 Double-Unders + 10 Jerk (115/80 lbs)

Station 2 – 25 Double-Unders + 12 Pull Ups

Station 3 – 25 Double-Unders + 16 Push Ups

Station 4 – 200 Meter Run
Rx+ ~ 10 Jerks @ 155/105 lbs
