Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

20 Overhead Squats (45/35 lbs)

40 Double Unders

20 ABmat Sit Ups

40 Double Unders

20 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

** each round will finish with 2 Rope Climbs
