Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.
B: 1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks + 3 Split Jerks (1-1-1)
C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Against a 4-minute running clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
400 Meter Run
20 Alternating DB Hang Clean & Jerk (50/35 lbs)
Max Reps of Push Press (115\80 lbs)
Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of three sets.
