In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of;

16 ABmat Situps

*After every 4 rounds completed, the partners will do 2 synchronized wall walks. Start together on the ground + full extension on the wall together.
~ Suggested weight is 60% of today’s triplet (not your 1 Rep Max!!)
