3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Rest EXACTLY 3 minutes, and then:
B.
Alternating full rounds, complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
10 Push Presses (115/75 lbs)
10 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53/35 lbs)
10 AbMat Situps
