D: Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

Partner 1:

100M Run

6 hang power cleans (65% of part C)

9 Deadlifts (HPC weight)

12 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

*While partner 1 completes a full round, partner 2 will be on the rower for meters. Score is combined number of reps on the AMRAP + total meters rowed. Once the round is complete for partner 1, partner 2 will start their round on the AMRAP and Partner 1 will row.

* The run will 5 Reps (20m increments)
