Warm-up
A: Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

B: Dynamic Push Ups (Distance)
Do a standard push up and explode on the way up. Try to drive your hands off the ground. Then progress to pushing up off the ground and landing with your hands on bumper plates. Add plates to see how high you can get.
C: Max Box Jump – Height (Distance)
Test your explosive power with a fully loaded two foot takeoff – two foot landing.

D: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
In team of 2, alternating full rounds for each section, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
20 Double-Unders
10 Air Squats

10 Overhead Squat (75/55lbs)
