It’s day 4 of featuring success stories of our members outside the gym, made possible by efforts inside the gym. Today, we feature Jessica, Earl and Drew and their ‘Ruck for a Clause’ where they, along with their families, brought toys and spread holiday cheer to children at the Hughes Spading Children’s Hospital.
One of the best parts of the group workouts at CrossFit are the friendships made. In this case, while the actual ‘1 mile ruck’ was not all that challenging for these regular 6:30amers, it never would have happened without the friendships made in the gym.
Congrats to Jessica, Drew, Earl & your families on making a difference in the lives of others.
