Warm-up

A: Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

Custom Metcon

B: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, complete the following for time;

10 Burpees

30 Squats

400M Run

20 Box Jumps

20 Moutain Climbers

400M Run

20 Wall Balls

20 Push Ups

400m Run

10 KB/DB Snatch (5 each arm)

30 Kettle Bell Swings

400M Run
~ Each Partner will perform the number of reps listed (Partner A will do 10 Burpees and 30 Squats, Partner B will also do 10 Burpees and 30 Squats) but only one may work at a time.

~ The movements can be broken up (Partner A does 10 Burpees, Partner B does 10 Burpees, Partner A does 30 squats etc) but the sets may not.

~ When a teammate starts the movement, he/she must finish all the reps of that movement before they or their partner moves on (Partner A starts the KB Swings and must finish all 30 before partner B can start)

~ Partners will run together with a mobility band linking them
