A: Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

Complete 3 rounds of the chipper for 3 separate times;

10 V-ups + Tuck Ups

20 Shoulder Taps + Push Ups

30 Jumping Split lunges

40 Alternating Hang Clean & Jerk (DB, Brick, weight etc)

50 Flutter Kicks (4 count)

(2:00 rest in between rounds)

Start every round at the top of chipper
