Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Calorie Row / 15 Calorie AB

8 Alternating DB Snatch + 8 Pull Ups

12 Deadlifts* + 12 Floor Wipers*

~ weight on barbells will be 55% of Part B

~ Athletes will alternate row and bike…if athlete A rows first, Athlete A will bike on his/her next round and so on.
