Find today heavy triple.

Rest no more than 8-10 seconds between reps

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

25 Double Unders

3 Snatch (95/65 lbs)

25 Double Unders

6 Snatch

25 Double Unders

9 Snatch….
