Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

Weightlifting

B: Overhead Squat (3-3-2-2-1-1)

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete the following for time;

Complete 3 rounds each of:

5 pull ups

5 overhead squats (50% of Part B)

Then, 3 rounds each of:

10 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

10 Deadlifts

Then, 3 rounds each of:

20 AbMat Situps

20 Double Unders

*use weight in set 1 for Deadlifts
