In teams of 2, cycle through the movements as needed for 25 minutes:
25 DB Hang Power Cleans (1 bell)(50/35)
30 Toes To Bar
35 Box Step Ups with 1 DB (20″)
40 Wall Balls
45 Pull Ups
50 Dubs (each)
45 Med Ball Squat Cleans(20/14)
40 Sit Ups
35 Burpees over the DB
30 Lunge in place w/ DB (any hold)
25 DB Snatch (1 bell)
Team must complete 2-500M rows (each partner does a full 500)
*Work can be completed while partner rows.
