C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many reps and rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

1 Clean (115/85 lbs)

1 Jerk

1 Rotation around the bar*

Rx+ ~ 165/115 lbs
* Once the weight is dropped, athletes will circle the entire barbell back to the staring position
