B: Deadlift (15-10-5)

~ This is a cycling skill wod. Reps will be unbroken and barbell cannot rest on the ground mid-set.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 Deadlifts (115/80 lbs)

10 bar over burpees

Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets for max reps.
~ Pick up where you left off in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round for a single score of rounds and reps.
