Warm-up

A: Athletes Choice – 15 (No Measure)

Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.

Gymnastics

B: “Goat” Session

Take 10 minutes to work on your very worst CrossFit movement (DUB’s, Box Jumps, Pull Ups, Toe 2 Bars, Running etc…). The very thing that scares you the most to see in a WOD. Spend all 10 minutes hitting it hard!!! Be honest about your weaknesses here.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

200 M Run

10 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)

5 Pull Ups
~ If you have chest to bar pullups, sub them in for regular

~ Run is 20 reps
