Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

Weightlifting

B: Snatch + Overhead Squat x 3 (1-1-1-1-1)

Five sets of:

Snatch + Overhead Squat x 3 reps

Rest 2 -3 minutes between sets.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 Pull Ups

6 Single DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/35 lbs)

12 Alternating Single DB Squat Snatch
