In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete the following for time;
Complete 3 rounds each of:
5 pull ups
5 snatches
Then, 3 rounds each of:
10 deadlifts
15 squats
Then, 3 rounds each of:
5 pull ups
5 cleans
Rx+ ~ Chest to bar pull Ups
* Suggested barbell weight is 135/95 OR 75% of today’s 1RM Power Snatch. Each set should be performed either unbroken or fluid singles.
