Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.
Weightlifting
B: The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)
Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
* Athletes have 40 minutes to find a total load for all 3 lifts
* You may go in any order but must finish one lift before moving onto the next (excludes warmups)
