Partner up with an affiliate buddy, sibling, life partner, family member, or even your class rival and have a whole lot of fun in the first annual CrossFit PairUP ThrowDOWN.

This new format of competition is for anyone who wants to work together to test their fitness and teamwork against peers across the globe. Designed for easy integration into a CrossFit affiliate’s class, the PairUP ThrowDown has something to offer all athletes everywhere — at a CrossFit affiliate, in a garage, anywhere in the world. CrossFit Training will provide supplemental content to support CrossFit athletes at any age and every level.

So, head to your CrossFit affiliate, grab a partner, and get ready to have some fun!

Warm-up

Warm-up Option (No Measure)

Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

Weightlifting

B: Shoulder to Overhead (1-1-1)

This may be a Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, or Split Jerk

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

5 Pull ups

7 Hang power cleans (95/65 lbs)

9 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

50 Double Unders
Rx+ ~ Chest to Bar Pullups / 135&95 lbs
