I. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;

5 Overhead Squats (75/55 lbs)

7 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

9 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

II. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

5 Box Jump Overs (24/20 ins)

7 Shoulder Press (75/55 lbs)

9 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)
