A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)

B: Skill Work

Take 10-15 minutes to work with your coaches on any gymnastics skills you’ve been working to master – rope climbs, muscle-ups, pistols, etc….

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of;

10 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

8 Shoulder Press (75/55 lbs)

4 Atomic Situps (45/35 lbs)

*After every 4 rounds completed, the partners will do 2 synchronized wall walks. Start together on the ground + full extension on the wall together.
