Choose a lift you need to work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique

C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps in 7 minutes (for each section) of;

8 Goblet Squats (50/35 lb DB)

8 Pullups or Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

8 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

8 Alternating DB Hang Clean & Jerk

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

8 Single DB Push Press

8 AbMat Situps
