In teams of two, complete the following;
i. In 8 Minutes, complete the following
Run 200M together
immediately followed by as many rounds and reps (alternating full rounds) as possible of;
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Jerk (45% of Part B)
20 Double Unders
Rest exactly 3 minutes…
ii. In 8 Minutes, complete the following
Run 200M together
immediately followed by as many rounds and reps (alternating full rounds) as possible of;
10 Air Squats
10 ABmat Sit Ups
10 Deadlifts (95/65 lbs)
* Runs do not count towards rep total
* Both partners must be do the work as prescribed to be Rx
