* Athletes will have 18 minutes to find a 1RM

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push Presses (95/65 lbs)

30 Double-Unders
Rx+ ~ Strict Pull Ups & 125/85 lbs
