In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:
32 Double Unders + 4 Burpee Pull Ups
16 Push Press (75/55 lbs) + 8 Plate Situps (25/15 lbs)
8 DB Box Step Overs (24/20 & 50/35 lb) + 1 Wall Walk
