Every Minute on the minute for 15 minutes, complete the following;

Minute 1 : 50 Double Unders

Minute 2 : 20 Push Press (75/55 lbs)

Minute 3 : 30 Seconds of Calories, Air Bike*

*Athlete will work from :15 to :45 of the minute

*No rollover calories

*Score is calories for each round
