B: Push Press (1-1-1-1-1)

Take 20 minutes to build to today’s 1-RM Push Press

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible 3 minutes of:

5 Push Ups

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

15 Pull Ups

Rest 3 minutes, and repeat for a total of 3 working sets.
~ Athletes will begin each 3 minutes segment at the top of the triplet.
