B: Pull-ups (10 Minutes)

~ Spend 10 mintues mastering the transfer skillls (hollow / open) of pullups.

~ Variations are strict, kiping, butterfly, or BMU

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, with only one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of;

20 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

20 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)

20 Air squats

200M run with plate (45/25)
~ Split reps evenly including runs.
