B: Push Jerk + Split Jerk (1-1-1)

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every 2 minutes for 5 sets, complete the following:

10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

30 Double Unders

Max Push Jerks (95/65 lbs)

* Rest 1 Minute between sets
Rx+ ~ 135/95 lbs
