ii. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;
5 Single DB Devil’s Press (50/35 lbs)
10 Abmat Situps
iii. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of;
5 Toes to Bar
10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
