* Athletes will have 8 minutes to find their max height box jump

Metcon

C: Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 7 minutes, for 28 minutes (4 sets) for times of:

200M Run

50 Air Squats

25 Hand Release Push-Ups

15 Box Jump Overs (30/24 in)
Please note times for each of your 4 sets, paying particular attention to your ability to maintain a pace, in which round pace dropped off, and on which movements you lost the most time over the course of the sets.
