On a 5 minute clock, complete the following for max double under reps:

40 1-Arm DB Push Jerk (50/35 lbs)

20 Single DB Box Step Overs (24/20 in)

Max Double Unders

***REST 2 minutes and complete 2 more sets for a total of 3 intervals***
