In teams of 2, complete following for time;
10 Power Snatch
1 Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
9 Power Snatch
2 Wall Balls
8 Power Snatch
3 Wall Balls
….
1 Power Snatch
10 Wall Balls
* Partners will waterfall each section. Partner A will do 10 snatch / 1 Wall ball and then Partner B will do 10 and 1. Partner A will then do 9 snatch and 2 Wall Balls and then Partner B will do 9 and 2. Follow this pattern until both complete 1 Power Snatch and 10 Wall Balls
* Weight on Snatch is approximately 60% of TODAY’s 7 rep score.
