Choose a lift you need to work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

5 Snatch (95/65 lbs)

7 Toes to Bar

9 Plated Situps* (25/15 lbs)

11 Straddle hops over bar

*For situps, plate edge will strike behind the head, and then strike in FRONT of the feet.
